Three Pillars of Exposure: Shutter Speed !

This photo is taken at a high shutter speed.

And this photo here was taken at a slow shutter speed.

If the sun was still up and the the sun light was dimming out a little..
a)  For the dunking booth I'd use a fast shutter since the person being dunked will be falling a little fast.
b) For the food eating contest not much is going on there but I'd probably use a speed that isn't slow or fast so like a regular shutter speed.
c) For the rock wall photos the speed should depend on how fast the person is going, but I think using a fast shutter speed just to be safe I guess.
d) I would use a medium shutter speed for the people that are working at the booths because maybe they are fast working or something. Want to get the moment you know.
e) For the DJ working in the circle I would use a medium speed shutter.
f) For the Diamonds performance I would use a fast shutter speed since they are dancing and what not.

If the courtyard was dark..
a) For the dunking both I think I would use the flash and a slow shutter speed.
b) For the food eating contest I would use a medium shutter speed.
c) For the rock climbing I'd use a slow shutter speed.
d) For the people working at the booths I'd use a medium shutter.
e) For the DJ I'd probably use the fast shutter speed adn if not then the medium shutter.
f) For the diamonds I'd use the medium shutter speed. Hopefully they would put up the lights for them and stuff.

The three shutter speeds on the camera.

There is the manual mode were the the shutter speed is set at the basic setting.

Aperture Priority mode is where you set the aperture lens  meanwhile the camera automatically sets the shutter speed.

There is the shutter priority mode and that is where you set the shutter speed and the camera automatically sets the aperture mode.

Understanding Exposure.

 1. For an f/4 the shutter speed of 1/125 sec looks the best for that particular f number.  The background of the photo looks blurry and the couple are the only ones that stand out the most.

 2. For f/5.6 the shutter speed of 1/60 looks better for that f number.  The background is still blurry but looks better than then before.

 3. For f/8 the shutter speed of 1/60 looks good with that one.  The photos foreground of the couple got a little bit darker. Background is still blurry.

 4. For f/11 the shutter speed of 1/60 looks great together. The couple again got a bit more darker but the background of the building got a bit more visible.

 5. For f/16 the shutter speed of 1/30 looks a bit better but is dark but it is better than all the other shutter speeds. The photo looks the same as it was when it was f/11and 1/60 but the clothes and the building shifted into place a bit and are a little more visible as well.

 6. For f/22 the shutter speed of 1/15 is the best choice to go with. The building is starting to look a bit more clear and the couple got a little blurry now.

The people that are being shot at slower shutter speeds are becoming blurrier than before when using high shutter speeds.
I think the photographer can set the shutter speed at 1/8 and the f/22 and it'll make the picture a lot better.

I think the lowest shutter speed a photographer can use is the 1/8.

TEST RESULTS!
For the first test of the depth of field I was rated as a keep trying. Some questions didn't have any pictures so I was confused.

For the  second test of the Shutter speed and motion I was rated as Good Work !

Now that I've taken the test and know what I got right and what I got wrong showed me what is what and now I feel like I can better now identify when to use the riht shutter speed and the aperture.

Three Pillars of Exposure: ISO

ISO: 200

ISO: 6400

1. When shooting in the high ISO setting the advantage you get shooting at any sporting event is that the picture comes out a whole lot clearer and the subject is more visible to the viewer rather than it looking so cloudy like.
2. The author of the site suggested that only use ISO at its low setting when there is plenty of light but as he said in some cases if you want to you can use the Low ISO setting in dim areas.
3. The Author mentioned to use the ISO high setting hen there isn't a lot of light or when taking a picture of something moving at a high speed.

Three pillars of exposure: Aperture

1. Aperture can be closely related to the eye. For the reason of the eyes focus on specific objects. And in this case it is thew cats head as you can clearly see here.
2. The smaller the aperture size, the higher the aperture number.
3. Aperture Depth of Field is important to remember. So if the aperture is small then the area of focus is large, if the aperture is larger the smaller the focus are of a photo.
